Chaffee VOLUNTEERS is a volunteer portal that allows interested volunteers the ability to search available volunteer roles across the community, and offers volunteer recruitment, tracking, coordinating and management tools to nonprofit organizations. This is an incredibly robust platform that CCCF is actively marketing to residents, visitors, and newcomers. It is the easiest way to find out what's happening in the community and get involved!   

For People Looking to Volunteer:

  • Step 1: Get Inspired - Visit ChaffeeVOLUNTEERS.org and peruse the organization and volunteer opportunities to get inspired to give back.

  • Step 2: Get Connected - Many of the organizations have simple sign-ups for one time volunteer opportunities. Use the portal to find all the contact info at your finger tips for your favorite causes.

  • Step 3: Stay Connected - Create an account for a full service volunteering experience. Login, “fan” your favorite causes, get notifications about volunteer needs that are a good match for you and track your hours.

for organizations looking for volunteers:

  • Step 1: Select a Membership Option - ChaffeeVOLUNTEERS has five options to recruit volunteers. Connect with our team to review the options to find the best fit for your needs:

    • Full Account - Leverage all of the benefits of the Chaffee VOLUNTEERS Portal with access to unlimited volunteer job and shift postings, recruitment tools, volunteer communication methods, and tracking tools. Great option for organizations seeking to increase their capacity or manage a robust volunteer program. No need for another volunteer database! $25/month or $240 for the year.

    • Simple Account - Access the recruitment potential of the portal, but continue to manage volunteers with your current systems. Full login access to update your organization page with links to a third-party site (i.e. sign-up.com, google forms, etc.). Great option for organizations who are comfortable with their current volunteer sign-up system but want to connect with more volunteers. $15/month or $120/year.

    • Static Page - Make sure your organization is getting in front of potential volunteers. For a one time set-up fee of $25, our team will build your page for you with links to your website for interested volunteers to connect. You can update the page annually with new info and pictures!Great option for organizations who could use more volunteers but it’s not a core part of your programming.

    • One Time Posting Opportunities:

      • Single Volunteer Job Posting: Want to get the word out about one volunteer role? For $20/month you can recruit for a specific role. Great option for organizations seeking a specialized role like Board Treasurer, Shelter Manager or Inkind Graphic Designer.

      • One Time Event: Need a bunch of volunteers for your annual event? Access the recruitment and support of Chaffee VOLUNTEERS to make your event a success. For a $150 fee per event, post multiple roles and shifts, send out communications to registered volunteers (check-in reminders, emergency messages, etc.), track hours and collect contact info. Great for organizations with big events needing lots of volunteers in different roles.

One Time Posting Options

Scholarship Opportunities (ending June 30,2024): CCCF is introducing scholarship opportunities for organizations who would like to invest in their volunteer programs but have limited financial capacity. Please submit an application and a CCCF representative will respond with your approved scholarship amount (50% or 100%) and direct you to register.
