Catalyzing Capacity & Collaboration
The Chaffee County Community Foundation believes there is an incredible return on investment when dollars and time are spent on building on organizational strengths, addressing weaknesses, strategizing about opportunities and threats, and implementing collaborative actions with other organizations and entities.
Through its Community Capacity priority area, CCCF will:
Offer workshops & trainings on a variety of topics
Convene roundtables for nonprofit and business leaders
Build a database of trained volunteers & board candidates to connect with Chaffee nonprofits
Pursue specific initiatives and physical projects that will increase capacity of multiple organizations
Build a Technical Assistance (TA) fund for helping nonprofits and small
businesses hire consultants for dedicated projects
Ensure a robust, resourced, & high achieving public education system
