Developing a S.M.A.R.T.E. Fundraising Plan
Planning for vacation? Fun. Planning for a party? Fun. Planning for fundraising successes? Yes, that can be fun too! The trick is S.M.A.R.T.E. planning (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely and Equitable). Join us for this jam packed one-hour session and learn why planning should be part of your fundraising program, what to plan for, and how to plan to ensure fundraising successes. We’ll cover the key elements of a good fundraising plan, how to make sure your plan has S.M.A.R.T.E. goals and three things you can do to engage your staff and board in planning. And you will walk away with a template for a one-page fundraising plan you can use for your 2021 planning efforts.
This is a free workshop, but we do request an RSVP.
